Site Licence Terms and Conditions
All materials are supplied with a site licence. The general terms of the licence are set out below but the details may vary slightly from one publication to another depending on the nature of the materials.
Your licence allows you to print and photocopy unlimited copies of the supplied materials for use within a single educational institution. Copyright of all supplied materials, textual, graphic and pictorial, remains with the author.
Where the materials are protected from editing you must not attempt to circumvent this protection nor change the content in any way.
You may, if you wish, charge students within the licensed educational establishment for printed copies of the materials.
You may make one or more electronic copy of the materials for backup purposes but you must not distribute electronic copies on magnetic, optical or other stored data formats.
You may place the materials on a network but, if public or external access to the network is or becomes possible, then you must ensure that access to these materials is available only to authorised students and staff of the licensed institution. Please note that password protection on a parent directory will not necessarily prevent an Internet search engine indexing and providing access to child directories or files within them.
- Please note that you should not:
- Distribute digital/electronic copies to colleagues, students or others.
- Distribute digital/electronic or other materials of your own to colleagues, students or others if they rely significantly for content on the supplied materials.
- Sell or otherwise profit from the materials except within the licensed educational institution.
