Update Information

One problem with printed ICT books is that they rapidly become out of date. In producing these resources I have aimed to provide materials that will always allow a low or even zero cost update route.

If you order additional parts of materials that you have previously bought - for example the A2 notes having previously bought the AS notes, then you will automatically receive the latest version of your previous purchase with your new order. Please note however that this is only true within a single 'family' of materials. GCSE, OCR A-level and AQA A-level materials form three distinct groups.

When new versions of the materials are brought out then existing customers will always be eligible for a discounted upgrade. If a new version of any materials is produced within sixth months of your purchase then you should automatically receive a free copy of it.

Please use an official order form for upgrade orders to reduce the overheads in chasing payment.
